Executive management
The question: «Does AI pay off for us – and where exactly?»
- A visible result in 2 weeks instead of a slide strategy.
- Expansion only if the pilot convinces – stage by stage.
- Limited risk: fixed price, clear scope, clear end.
Start with an internal agent that answers from approved knowledge with sources and, once you confirm, triggers the next step. Then expand where it pays off – all the way to a CRM agent for Dynamics 365. Every stage at a fixed price.

“How does our internal quote process work?”
The Copilot Studio Accelerator is a tiered fixed-price offering: the Starter delivers a working pilot agent within 2 calendar weeks. Add-on packages extend it with a custom action, Dynamics 365 or more users.
CHF 5,400 for an agent your pilot group actually uses in Teams chat – on your own questions.
Every add-on package has a fixed price and clear boundaries. You only buy what the pilot justifies.
As a Dynamics 365 partner, we take the agent to where sales and service work – with confirmation before every change.
A fixed-price offering by Ambit Group AG for your first AI agent built with Microsoft Copilot Studio. The Starter (CHF 5,400, 3 person-days, pilot within 2 calendar weeks) delivers an agent that answers questions from a curated SharePoint source with source references and, after confirmation, performs one action from a standard catalog. On top of it come the packages “Process” (CHF 3,600), “CRM agent” for Dynamics 365 (CHF 9,000) and “Rollout” (CHF 3,600). All prices excl. VAT, licenses and consumption.
For what AI agents built with Copilot Studio can do in general, see Beyond Chat. This page is about getting started.
The Starter is deliberately narrow: one agent, one knowledge source, one action from a proven catalog. That is what makes 2 weeks and CHF 5,400 possible – without cutting corners on testing or security.
One prioritized use case, one agent in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Teams 1:1 chat with Microsoft sign-in, German language.
One curated SharePoint source with source references. Everyone sees only what they are allowed to see.
One action from the standard catalog – performed only after confirmation.
Up to ten named internal employees, no external use.
15 test cases, a one-page operations sheet and remote training for the pilot group.
Need an action outside the catalog or a second knowledge source? That's what the “Process” add-on is for.
The 2 calendar weeks only start once the go-ahead is met. They spread 3 person-days of delivery and your input across a clear sequence – this does not mean 2 weeks of full-time consulting.
A hard gate: the clock and the fixed price only start once the checklist is fully met.
Your part: Meet the checklist, name a business owner and a technical contact.
OutcomeCommitted start.
Refine the use case and success criteria, connect the knowledge source, configure dialog and source references, connect the action with confirmation.
Your part: Provide content, review progress.
OutcomeA testable agent for your process.
Run 15 test cases including permissions, refine, launch the pilot with remote training and the one-page operations sheet.
Your part: Test and sign off.
OutcomePilot agent, documented limits, accountable owner.
Starter effort: 3 person-days by Ambit · around 1 person-day of your input for content, access, testing and sign-off.
No completed checklist, no start and no fixed price. That protects your timeline and your budget.
With the “CRM agent” add-on, we connect your agent to Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It gets three defined capabilities and one write action into the CRM – performed only after confirmation.
“Brief me for the meeting with Müller AG at 10.”
“What's going on with case CAS-1042?”
Microsoft offers its own agents for Dynamics 365, such as the Sales Qualification Agent for leads and the Case Management Agent for cases. We don't rebuild them. In the intro call, we first check whether a standard agent covers your need – we only build the CRM agent if you need something role-specific, such as a briefing in Teams chat with your own logic.
Status per Microsoft Learn (as of October 2, 2026): the Dataverse MCP Server and the Customer Service MCP Server are generally available; the Sales MCP Server can be connected in Copilot Studio. We re-check the status before every quote.
A pilot agent is more than a tech test. For each role, it answers the question that stands between interest and a bigger AI decision.
The question: «Does AI pay off for us – and where exactly?»
The question: «What does it really cost?»
The question: «Does it help us in our daily CRM work?»
The question: «Will it stay secure and manageable?»
The question: «Does it take routine questions off our plate?»
The question: «Who stays in control?»
You get a configured pilot agent, 15 documented test cases with results and a one-page operations sheet. We agree on success criteria with the go-ahead.
Configured, tested and used in Teams by up to ten employees.
Jointly defined – documented and traceable.
Ownership, knowledge upkeep, consumption and escalation on a single page.
Trained remotely: your team knows how to work with the agent – and where its limits are.
To be clear: we promise neither error-free AI nor blanket compliance. We make limits visible – so you can decide on solid ground.
Each package is a fixed price built from clearly planned person-days. So you see what you pay for: sharpening, building, testing and handover – package by package.

Prove the Starter in the pilot first, then bring the agent into the CRM.
The narrow scope protects your budget and timeline. We plan these topics separately if needed:
In the Starter, there are also no write actions into the CRM. That's what the “CRM agent” add-on is for.
Copilot Studio bills in Copilot Credits. A worked example for a typical pilot:
For comparison: a capacity pack with 25,000 credits costs USD 200 per month; pay-as-you-go costs USD 0.01 per credit.
Good to know: When employees with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license use the agent internally, this triggers no consumption within fair-use limits.
The Starter fits best for a clearly scoped process with well-maintained SharePoint content and an available business owner. If you work with Dynamics 365, check the CRM agent items too.
No problem: in the intro call we clarify which go-ahead items are missing – or whether a leaner solution is the better start.
We clarify the open points in the intro call. Often it is just access or scheduling.
Ideal conditions – the Starter can begin right after go-ahead.
Then that's not a dealbreaker but a case for the “CRM agent” add-on – together with the Starter for CHF 14,400. Add-on “CRM agent” →
These items match the go-ahead checklist. No completed checklist, no start and no fixed price.
At the agreed end of the pilot, we decide together how to proceed. Ongoing support after handover is not part of the packages and can be agreed separately.
The agent stays in use. Your owner maintains the knowledge according to the operations sheet.
With the “Process” add-on: one custom action or a second knowledge source.
With “CRM agent” in Dynamics 365 or with “Rollout” for more users and operations.

The key answers on packages, price, consumption, Dynamics 365, security and what happens after the pilot.
The Starter entry point is a fixed price of CHF 5,400 excl. VAT.
Three packages build on it and require a Starter: “Process” (CHF 3,600, 2 person-days), “CRM agent” for Dynamics 365 (CHF 9,000, 5 person-days) and “Rollout” (CHF 3,600, 2 person-days). Starter and CRM agent together cost CHF 14,400. Scope and price become binding with the quote.
Included are Ambit's planned person-days – broken down into sharpening, building, testing and handover.
In the Starter, that's 3 person-days for an agent with one SharePoint source, one action from the standard catalog, 15 test cases, a one-page operations sheet and remote training. Not included are VAT, Microsoft licenses, ongoing consumption, operations and support after handover, as well as ERP integrations, third-party systems, custom APIs, external channels and autonomous actions. We don't bill your input, but it is required.
As a guide value: around USD 140 per month for a pilot with 10 users.
The math: 10 users × 10 interactions per day × 20 working days × 7 credits = 14,000 Copilot Credits. Pay-as-you-go costs USD 0.01 per credit; a capacity pack with 25,000 credits costs USD 200 per month. The 7 credits are an assumption (generative answer 2 plus agent action 5 credits). When employees with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license use the agent internally, this triggers no consumption within fair-use limits. Yes, with the “CRM agent” add-on for Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service.
We connect the agent via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) using the Dataverse MCP Server plus the Sales or Customer Service MCP Server. The agent gets three defined capabilities and one write action that it performs only after confirmation. Testing uses your pilot users' Dataverse security roles. Whether your Dynamics 365 licenses incur credits when the MCP tools are used is something we clarify before kickoff – Microsoft exempts certain licenses. Sources: Sales MCP server overview, Customer Service MCP tools, Dataverse MCP (as of October 2, 2026).
If it's enough, that's exactly what we recommend.
Microsoft offers its own agents for Dynamics 365, such as the Sales Qualification Agent for lead qualification and the Case Management Agent for the case lifecycle. We don't rebuild them. We use the CRM agent when you need something role-specific – for example a meeting briefing in Teams chat with your logic, or a specific write action with confirmation.
We clarify this for your organization before kickoff – there is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Copilot Studio bills consumption in Copilot Credits, either via capacity packs or pay-as-you-go. Internal use by employees with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license is possible without consumption within fair-use limits. For flows called by the agent, this applies to the “When an agent calls the flow” trigger. The CRM agent additionally requires Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service. 2 calendar weeks spread 3 person-days of delivery and around one person-day of your input.
Your time goes mainly into content, access, testing and sign-off. The weeks start only once the go-ahead is met and assume short decision paths.
Then we don't start – and the fixed price doesn't apply yet.
The go-ahead is a hard gate with a checklist: use case and content approved, pilot group and access clarified, environment and admin ready, licensing and billing settled, owner named. For the CRM agent, Dynamics 365, an admin for Power Platform and Entra, and suitable data policies are added. If something is missing, we re-scope the initiative together.
No. The agent works with the signed-in user's permissions.
The native SharePoint connection respects the user's permissions; encrypted or password-protected files are not suitable as a knowledge base. In the CRM agent, Dataverse security roles apply – we test that with your pilot users' roles. Sources: Add SharePoint as a knowledge source, Dataverse MCP FAQ (as of October 2, 2026).
No. In all packages, the agent only performs a write action after the user confirms.
In the Starter, it sends no customer emails and changes no CRM data. In the CRM agent, it writes into the CRM – but only after confirmation and with the person's permissions. Autonomous actions are deliberately excluded.
At the end of the pilot, we decide together: use, refine or scale.
You receive the agent, 15 test cases with results and a one-page operations sheet. For more users, consumption budget, limits and handover to operations, there is the “Rollout” add-on. Ongoing support can be agreed separately if needed.
In 30 minutes we review process, data and go-ahead – and which stage is the right entry point. If you work with Dynamics 365, we also check whether a Microsoft standard agent is enough.
